EVENT DESCRIPTION

This Spring's conference is a two day event meant to present a broad range of sessions, as well as facilitate networking opportunities and engagement between both high school counselors and college admission professionals from across the state.

SCHEDULE

THURSDAY, MAY 8

2:30PM – 4:30PM: Opening Breakout Session

5:00PM – 6:30PM: MACAC Evening Social, Bloomington Central Station Park

FRIDAY, MAY 9

7:45AM – 8:30AM: Past President's Breakfast (Invitation Only)
7:30AM – 4PM: Exhibits Open
7:30AM – 8:30AM: Check-In and Continental Breakfast
8:30AM – 8:45AM: Welcome and Opening Comments
8:45AM – 9:45AM: Keynote Presentation

Keynote Speaker is Dr. Wendy Robinson from the MN Office of Higher Education. Her comments are titled, the State of the State. This presentation will prove timely and important as we conclude another academic and recruitment year.

10AM – 10:50AM: Session I
11AM – 11:50AM: Session II
12PM – 2:00PM: Lunch & Annual Membership Meeting
2PM – 2:50PM: Session III
3PM – 3:50PM: Session IV
4PM: Closing Statements

COST

Early Bird Conference Costs (register by April 1)

MACAC Member - Colleges, CBOs, IECs, Private High School – $200

MACAC Member - Public High School – $150

Non-Member - Colleges, CBOs, IECs, Private High School – $225
Non-Member - Public High School – $175

Regular Conference Costs (register by April 21)

Refund Policy
MACAC will provide a 50% refund, minus a $25 processing fee, on registration fees up until April 21st, 2025. After that time no refund will be given.
