MACAC’s Annual Admission Counselor Institute (ACI) will be held on July 27 - 28 at the College of St. Benedict. ACI is a great opportunity for college admission counselors who have completed one admission cycle (or less) and are seeking information about college counseling. Some prior year session topics have included Financial Aid, Working with High School Counselors, Advancing as a Professional, Working with Diverse Student Populations, talking about Standard Practices, Territory Management and more. Please encourage your colleagues or any new hires to register.
The Professional Development committee recognizes the intense training their home institutions offer, so this is a supplement to that training, touching on and reinforcing your training and providing you with tools and resources to ensure a successful first or second year of recruitment.
The deadline to register is Thursday, July 9.

COST
The registration fee is $300 and includes three meals, a social, and one night housing in a 2 bedroom apartment, with central air, with 1 shared bathroom.
REFUNDS
MACAC will provide a 50% refund, minus a $25 processing fee, on Admission Counselor Institute registration up until July 9th, 2026. After that time no refund will be given.
